Version history of the Numier documentation portal. Here we publish what shipped in each version and what the portal can do. Everything on this page is public.

v1.2.0 — English URLs, search, images and resources

20 August 2026

• English URLs unified across the portal, with automatic redirects from the previous addresses (saved links and bookmarks keep working).
• Improved search: bilingual (ES/EN) tags on every page, so you find the same content whichever language you type in.
• Help images and videos in the documentation (role-private) and a new Resources section.
• Much more technical support documentation per product (TPV, PDA, KDS, printer, scale, invoicing, Sinqro, G-Stock…) and development guides.

v1.1.0 — Content and navigation improvements

• New page: How to get your API credentials, with the environments (sandbox and production) and an example request.
• Clear recommendation to use API v2 in the API introduction; v1 is kept for backward compatibility only.
• More stable sidebar: removed the flash on load and on login/logout, with consistent size and styling.

v1.0.0 — Portal launch

August 14, 2026

First stable version of the Numier documentation portal. Product documentation now lives in a single site, multilingual and with role-based access, for customers and partners as well as technical teams.

Documentation and content

• Multilingual portal. Documentation in Spanish and English, with a language switcher in the top bar.
• Content organized by sections: onboarding, guides, tutorials, concepts, reference, API, SDK, products (POS, PDA, KDS, and online ordering), among others, integrations, and FAQs.
• Versioned documentation and a public changelog (this page).

Role-based access (RBAC)

• Role-based access control (RBAC): every document declares which profiles may see it (for example, developer, partner, support, technical, or sales).
• Public by default: public content is available without an account; signing in automatically reveals the additional documentation your role is entitled to.
• Server-side filtering: the sidebar, the search, and page access are all authorized in the backend. Restricted content is never delivered to an unauthorized browser, rather than merely hidden on the client.

Search and navigation

• Built-in search with relevance-ranked, role-filtered results and a keyboard shortcut (⌘/Ctrl + K).
• Adaptive navigation: the sidebar and previous/next pagination show only the pages you can see, in a consistent order.

API and developers

• API section with endpoint reference and integration guides.
• Sandbox environment to validate integrations before going to production.
• Examples and SDK to speed up development.

Experience and privacy

• Light and dark mode, selectable to your preference.
• Responsive design, comfortable on both desktop and mobile.
• Privacy and SEO: only public pages are included in the sitemap and are indexable; private pages are excluded.

Access to private documentation is invitation-based. To request an account, email desarrollo@numier.com with who you are and your use case; the Numier team will assign the appropriate role.
